UK STANDARD DELIVERY
(3-5 working days) – £4.95
Your order will arrive at your delivery address up to 5 working days after we’ve received and processed your payment. You’ll receive a dispatch email and an email with tracking information from us so that you can track you parcels progress during delivery. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
Please note that during sale and promotional periods standard delivery can take up to 7 working days to reach you.
Exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather conditions, courier delays/failures or IT system failures may cause your order to take longer to deliver.
Please note this service is only available for UK Mainland customers.
(15-20 working days) £16.95
International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International. We will always try to deliver your products as quickly as possible, but as we are shipping from the UK, please allow 15-20 working days for your order to arrive. You’ll receive a dispatch email and an email with tracking information so you can track your parcels delivery progress.
For you to receive a refund or exchange, you must return your Eagle Apparel Golf product(s) to us in new condition (unused and tags still attached) within 14 days of you receiving the goods. (This excludes the return shipping time). You may then request either an exchange, a refund of any money paid or a credit note to purchase subsequent products from www.eagleapparelgolf.co.uk
Please repack the item(s) in their original packaging and include a copy of the original order confirmation & write on what you would like to happen. IE Refund, repair/exchange.
All returns should be sent to: The Returns Department, Beez Neez, Intake Business Centre, Kirkland Avenue, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG18 5QP.
Please ensure you obtain a receipt as proof of posting from a post office or myHermes ParcelShop. Please keep the receipt in a safe place as claims for lost returns may be refused if there is no proof of posting.
Please allow up to three weeks once you have returned your item(s) for the refund to be credited or your exchange processed.
P&P costs to be reimbursed at the discretion of Eagle Apparel Limited Ltd where goods are returned with quality concerns.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
